Free US Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your BreezeLoop ships.

Order Tracking

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at xfansworld@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Need to update your shipping address? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment.
