We stand behind every BreezeLoop. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be in original condition (lightly used is okay)
- Item must include original packaging and accessories
- Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery
How to Return
- Email xfansworld@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS location
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your BreezeLoop arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, contact us with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost — no return required.
Exchanges
Want a different color or quantity? Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks process refunds within 5–10 business days after we approve the return.
